The L trim level of the 2018 Equinox is only available with the 1.5L Turbo engine and Front-Wheel Drive (FWD), the LS also can only pair with the 1.5L Turbo but it has the option of All-Wheel Drive (AWD). While the other two trim levels let you choose between the 1.5L Turbo, a 2.0L Turbo, or a 1.6L Turbo Diesel, as well as either FWD or AWD.
