I took my 2011 GMC Acadia in because the steering was making noise, to get the oil changed and do some recall work. I was disappointed to find out that the steering gear was leaking and needed replacing at a cost of $1390. Oil change was changed. Asked if they could wipe off bottom of chassis/frame to prevent any residual oil from dripping onto my garage floor after I bring my vehicle home,they did. No oil on my garage floor!

We did this deal over the phone. Very impressed with Rob's dedication to getting us the vehicle we wanted after the vehicle we originally wanted was sold before we got there. Not so impressed with finance not being up front with the numbers on the lease. Feel like there were discounts that we were n...ot given since the advertised price was not met until after our trade was added in. Show more

My wife and I are old people (85 & 87) and we feel we were treated with respect and dignity by the youngest salesman on the floor. We feel we got a good deal; within our parameters by researching the purchase on the internet as to the sale price and the trade-in on the 2014 XTS

I obtained service quickly without an appointment. Unfortunately My vehicle stopped leaking power steering fluid and they were unable to find the source.

I like that I can always get a Saturday morning appointment and I'm out before lunch. The last appointment, I did have to wait over 5 minutes outside before someone opened the overhead door to let me drive in. The gentleman who assisted me explained that they were short handed (I know that can hap...pen) and he was one of the mechanics just helping out. Went smooth from there. Show more
