Never pressured. Everyone was nice and friendly. Were willing to work on a deal that satisfied everyone. Not my first time doing business here and won't be the last.

Service was fast. Mess of used coffee cups on tables. Wasn't offered water or coffee. Was watching the mechanics work through the window. Some mechanic took a customer car and hit the emission testing computer with the car and made nothing of it.

The fact that I had use of a loaner vehicle while mine was down & also the fact that the mechanic was able to explain the answers to my questions about the work that was done on my vehicle.
