Sales process very easy - not pushy at all! Gave us plenty of time with the car to drive, inspect etc. Very patient with the whole process

Call that car was done but waited 15 minutes for paper work to get done. Should be ready at window ready to go.

I came in for an oil change. 45 minutes later it was complete - that is OK. My bill was less than previous bills for the change. I asked the gentleman that took my car in if it had the correct oil. He said he saved me money. As I left I asked another gentleman if by reading the printout if they had... put the correct oil in my GMC Terrain. He said no, that I should have it drained and the correct oil put in. He indicated that the person changing the oil should have known, not that he had made a mistake. Very arrogant person. Show more

When I pick up my car I would appreciate it if the service writer or someone would explain the charges on my bill !

Service was great. People were awesome. Would have been 100% but once again when they washed the car, it basically came out dirtier. One time it came back smelling swampy, another time like sewage. Might be the water or maybe I should just ask not to have car washed.
