I was looking for a 2011 Buick LaCrosse CXL in my area (Chicago area). I could not find what I was looking for until I searched 150 miles out. At that time, this beautiful 2011 Buick LaCrosse CXL (Red Jewel Tint) popped up. I immediately contacted the dealership and started a bond with Clyde Graef a...nd George Pyskir. These two gentlemen gave me 200% customer service. Once I had them take care of my financial part and all went well, they immediately put the car in holding for me until I was able to drive there to pick it up. My husband test drove it for me and drove it home so that he can listen to the engine. The original car mats were missing, but they took me over to Wal Mart and let me pick out the ones that I wanted ($35.00). Now this is great customer service. Had a great experience buying my 2020 Ford Ranger here. Low pressure, great price, great customer service. What more can you ask for? My salesperson Kellie was very helpful throughout the process, and has been a help after the sale!

I was in a bind, my car broke down the week prior, I had a certain budget but still wanted something really reliable because I do have a family. The entire process was quick, easy and most importantly painless! I felt like I great communication with the salesman rather than being sold something just... to buy from the dealership. Would definitely recommend to anyone! Show more

Just picked up a 2009 Z-71 Tahoe from Kent at EVS. The vehicle was even nicer in person than he described over the phone. Most professional transaction in all of my years of car buying. Worth the trip. Would DEFINITELY recommend this dealership

We worked with Jon De Master who is a knowledgable car person - friendly and professional also. There was no pressure at any time. We came to an agreement on a fair price for the vehicle. This was one of the smoother and more pleasant car buying experiences we have had.

They were honest about the price they quoted which is not then norm; a pleasant surprise. I contracted several auto complexes that were not honest about their prices.

Being a senior citizen, female, shopping by myself and on a limited budget I was not looking forward to the process of looking for a different car. I started out looking for a used one but saw on the EVS in Random Lake website a new 2015 Ford Escape for a very fair price. Took it for a ride with m...y salesman Alex Hernandez who was very pleasant, helpful and patient with answering my questions. I told Alex I loved the car but wished it was charcoal gray instead of black but I would take it anyway. He said, " Well let me see if I can find the same car in gray at another dealership". He did, and it was delivered in a few hours. I was so impressed that he took the extra step to get me exactly what I wanted when I already said I would take the black one. Thanks to Alex and all the staff at EVS getting my new car turned out to be a most pleasant experience. Show more
