As you may have noticed in the photos shown here, the iconic Acadia SUV has undergone a total reinvention for the new model year, and we\u2019re not talking about a subtle rejiggering here. It\u2019s a completely new vehicle, with bold, sculpted lines and a more muscular overall posture. It also has realigned the interior cabin, and now offers both seating for five in two rows, or seating for seven in three rows.<\/p>\n\n\n

2017 GMC Acadia Performance<\/h3>\n\n\n

For the new model year, the 2017 GMC Acadia is equipped with the option of two powertrains across its three distinct variations. Standard for 2017 and available on the SLE and SLT trims is a front-wheel drive four-cylinder engine, which is rated for an EPA-estimated 21 city mpg. Also available, and found on the SLE-2, All Terrain and Denali trims, is a 3.6L V6 with Active Fuel Management and an estimated 310 horsepower. Also available are features such as Traction Select and an available drive mode selector, which allows drivers to switch between different modes for various road conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n

2017 GMC Acadia Technology<\/h3>\n\n\n

A number of advanced tech features are available for buyers of the 2017 GMC Acadia, such as the 8-inch diagonal Color Touch Radio with IntelliLink. Additionally, drivers enjoy Keyless Open and Start, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, 5 USB ports and a built-in 4G LTE WiFi hotspot. These features work together to provide first rate connectivity to all inside the new Arcadia.<\/p>\n\n\n

2017 GMC Acadia Safety<\/h3>\n\n\n

The 2017 GMC Acadia provides a number of terrific safety features, starting with the standard Rear Vision Camera to view what\u2019s happening when reversing and maneuvering.
