The staff at EVS Ford went out of their way to make our experience a positive one. Alex Hernandez helped me by phone locate the exact vehicle I was interested in, made sure we were informed about the vehicle features before we left the lot. Overall an awesome experience.

The sales person Gideon and financial lady Cindy were very professional and friendly...not pushy. When we arrived the car was ready for a test drive and all paper work ready to be signed.

Gerald Crawford made my buying experience as smooth as a baby's bottom. Being that I was looking to buy that "perfect" vehicle for my wife, I wanted to be sure to get a vehicle that encompassed all the things that she wanted. I happened to find it on line and it was at Evs in Menomonee Wisconsin. ...Only problem was that I lived in Suffolk County NY, some 900+ miles away. After my initial phone call was met with uncertainty as to how I was to see it and possibly buy and pick it up. I spoked with a manager who had a salesman to give me a call. Gerald Crawford of Evs Buick gave me a call. Gerald came through tremendously. Gerald sent me detailed pics, overnighted documents, was knowledgeable, courteous and made the experience so smooth that I brought the car. I made arrangments for pick up and delivery to me locally. I went to pick up the car and was beyond happy when I saw the car for the first time. It was what Gerald had told me and even more. Dealt on a vehicle over the phone. Was never pressured to "stop in and discuss". Never felt pressured at all during the whole process. Got a price that no one in my area would even match. Drove an hour to get to EVS Random Lake. Showed up, signed papers, and we were on the road. Alex showed us... all of the features on our new vehicle in great detail. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and knew the product they were selling. Looking forward to doing business with Alex in the future. Show more

Great experience, car was serviced quickly was done when they said it would be. The EVS service representative was very courteous and helpful. I would recommend this dealership to my friends, and already have done so.

My wife and I went to Evs to purchase a 2020 explorer. When we got there we were greeted by David and he helped us to find an explorer that fit our needs. Eventhough there was an issue with the first explorer he found us, the manager Mike found us a different one and we love it.

Took car in for oil change and tire rotation (tires purchased at EVS). Also had cooling system flushed. EVS also washed my car!
