Dave Puerner was professional and offered a fair deal. He took not of all my concerns and questions making sure to answer everything. The dealership seemed organized and prepared from my test ride all the way through delivery. Even though I live an hour away I would go back.

First and foremost is the knowledgeable service advisor Jerrod. He was polite, informative, contacted me throughout the process and always kept me informed. Second was the loaner - I was always a bit miffed when I'd bring in a nice truck and get a tiny dirty spare tire to drive. This time I was very... surprised to get an equal value vehicle - a 2017 Ford F150 - it was a vehicle that I was comfortable with, familiar with, and I was able to see the new 2017 features like an extended test drive. That keeps me in touch with the new trucks so when I am ready to upgrade from my 2013 F150 Platinum I already have an inkling of what to expect. It was also great that Jarrod explained everything, worked with me on costs, warranty coverage, options, and even washed my truck. It is so nice to get a clean truck back! Show more
