Trim Level Options

The trim level options on the 2020 Explorer include the XLT, Limited, ST, Platinum and Limited Hybrid. The ST and Limited Hybrid are all-new and bring unique features to the lineup. The Explorer ST has a 400-hp engine and the Explorer Limited Hybrid can tow up to 5,000 pounds, has off-road capabilities and the RWD model has an EPA-estimated range of more than 500 miles per fill-up. All trims have standard MyKey, Intelligent Access with Push-Button Start and Remote Start.

The 2020 Ford Explorer is packed with modern technology. The Ford Explorer comes with FordPass Connect, which is a 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot that 10 devices can connect to at once and the internet connection reaches 50 feet outside the vehicle. The FordPass app sends notifications to the driver’s smartphone about key vehicle information and reminds them to schedule service. Also, FordPay lets the driver pay for the service on their Ford.
