It’s a big no-no to turn on your combustion engine vehicle in an enclosed space and let it run; such actions are known to cause the proliferation of highly dangerous carbon monoxide which can quickly lead to death for those exposed.

It’s certainly not news to learn that many individuals have struggled in many different ways during the COVID-19 pandemic. Among those who’ve had some setbacks are people in the restaurant/food service industry.

“Top Chef” and “Tournament of Champions” winner Chef Brooke has stepped up to help these individuals, as well as the general members of her community. To honor her inspiring spirit, Cadillac teamed up with 60 Second Docs and commissioned the artist John Park to create a mural outside her restaurant. Cadillac cites their reason for doing this as their impression that Chef Brooke and her team embody the spirit of the next generation 2021 Escalade.
