Everything went smoothly and I was treated professionally. I got to witness a customer buying donuts for the service crew, thought that was an indication of how appreciative customers can be.

The entire process was so easy with EvS. I was looking to lease a Ford Edge, and Alex was upfront about the deal terms and patiently walked me through all of my questions. Multiple people on the team stayed late to help us get through the paperwork and get us out the door, and they were able to su...pport getting the process started via email. I usually feel like I'm getting screwed somehow in a lease, but did not feel that way with this team. Show more

Gary went out of his way to make sure I had a truck as a loaner as I was bringing in my truck for service. Friendly, concerned and prompt are all fitting words to describe Gary and all the staff at EVS Random Lake! I shop around like most people and found a great deal EVS. We drove up form the Northwest side of Chicago ( About 2 hours) and I'm... pleased to say that it was well worth the trip.
