The atmosphere at EVS Ford was warm and friendly. Salesman Dave was great. Bussiness manager Sandy did a great job explaining the paperwork involved.

My sales person Dave was on top of everything from the time my email came in on a car to days after I left with car. Whole process was very easy, none of those "car dealer" games with manager. Just smooth and easy! Dave even called me about 4 days after our deal closed to check on the car. They offe...red to detail my car before I picked it up and it looked almost brand new. I just purchased a new f-150 from EVS Ford in Lomira. It was a 30 mile drive for me but was worth it for so many reasons. They had the lowest price in the entire area, but, above everything else, I had the best experience with Cindy and Lenny, and especially with Marv. These people and this compa...ny have brought honesty, integrity, and "your word is your bond" back to the car buying business. Show more

Working with Alex was just amazing! He answered all my questions and even went above and beyond to make sure I had everything that I needed. He was also very thorough in the explanation of many new features of the escape. I am very happy with EvS and would highly recommend to my family and friends!

First and foremost is the knowledgeable service advisor Jerrod. He was polite, informative, contacted me throughout the process and always kept me informed. Second was the loaner - I was always a bit miffed when I'd bring in a nice truck and get a tiny dirty spare tire to drive. This time I was very... surprised to get an equal value vehicle - a 2017 Ford F150 - it was a vehicle that I was comfortable with, familiar with, and I was able to see the new 2017 features like an extended test drive. That keeps me in touch with the new trucks so when I am ready to upgrade from my 2013 F150 Platinum I already have an inkling of what to expect. It was also great that Jarrod explained everything, worked with me on costs, warranty coverage, options, and even washed my truck. It is so nice to get a clean truck back! Show more
