The 2018 Ford Expedition is available in six trim levels, the XLT, XLT MAX, Limited, Limited MAX, Platinum, and Platinum MAX.  All six trim levels get equipped with a standard 3.5L EcoBoost® engine that supplies it with 375 horsepower and 470 lb-ft of torque.  This 3.5L EcoBoost® engine pairs with a 10-Speed Automatic Transmission with SelectShift® to achieve EPA fuel economy estimates of 17 MPG in the city and 24 MPG on the highway in standard Two-Wheel Drive (2WD).  All six trim levels have the option of Four-Wheel Drive (4WD) and when the 3.5L EcoBoost® engine of the 2018 Ford Expedition works with AWD it averages EPA estimates of 17 MPG City/ 23 MPG HWY.  The 2018 Ford Expedition MAX trim levels attain EPA fuel economy estimates of 17 MPG City/ 22 MPG HWY in 2WD and 16 MPG City/ 21 MPG HWY in 4WD.
