The answer to that question lies within the trim level you select. The base (S) trim features a 175-horsepower, 2.5-liter inline four-cylinder (I-4) engine. Drivers of the SE model can choose between two different engines. The first of which is a 1.5-liter I-4 engine powered by 181 horses. SE drivers who want a little more oomph can select a 245-horsepower, 2.0-liter I-4 engine. Both of those engines are also available on the SEL model, while the latter is the only option on the Titanium. Now we have the top-of-the-line Sport trim. This is the most potent model of the Fusion and it comes fitted with a 2.7-liter V-6 engine with 325 horsepower. All trims above the base model are available with either front-wheel or all-wheel drive except the Sport, which only comes with an all-wheel drivetrain.
