I brought my car in for a detail and oil change. I appreciate the fact that I was given a loaner vehicle for the day at no charge. This made it very convenient to schedule the service.

Josh in service was very sincere in resolving our vehicle issues and was very informative every step of the way. He even called back the next day before we picked up our vehicle (after it had been finished) to let me know that he drove it himself and everything was good to go on it. I am a Service M...anager so I know how important this is and I really hope Josh gets recognized for his service. Show more

Were willing to work with us to unwind a deal on car we bought the night before and work one out for another car the next morning. Turned what could have been a very unpleasant experience into one that we drove away satisfied.

Oil change was changed. Asked if they could wipe off bottom of chassis/frame to prevent any residual oil from dripping onto my garage floor after I bring my vehicle home,they did. No oil on my garage floor!

Service was fast. Mess of used coffee cups on tables. Wasn't offered water or coffee. Was watching the mechanics work through the window. Some mechanic took a customer car and hit the emission testing computer with the car and made nothing of it.

Ron was very knowledgeable and patient. There was a small issue with the car that we wanted to purchase and once addressed, EVS delivered the car to my home 40 miles away!

My wife and I are old people (85 & 87) and we feel we were treated with respect and dignity by the youngest salesman on the floor. We feel we got a good deal; within our parameters by researching the purchase on the internet as to the sale price and the trade-in on the 2014 XTS
