My salesperson, Keith, was phenomenal. Listened intently to the wants/needs that I had in my car purchase and delivered. My experience with the finance department, however, was not so pleasant. I had to wait prolonged periods of time to move to certain phases of car buying, and they often miscomm...unicated information. It really dampened my experience and provided unnecessary anxiety to the process. Show more

Never pressured. Everyone was nice and friendly. Were willing to work on a deal that satisfied everyone. Not my first time doing business here and won't be the last.

Mark Terry and Kristen(sp?) were excellent. I really appreciate their help and assistance. My only concerns were a black, plastic back panel from my middle, front seat console was off(on the floor) in the back seat. I simply clipped in back in when I got home. My other concern was the driver who ...washed my car drove a little fast in the back parking lot with my car. I am a little particular with how I drive my car and there are numerous pot holes in the back lot. Show more

Alex H was a great rep for EVS. He was helpful and easy to reach. Really made the buying process easy and transparent. The only thing I wish was different was the fact that the dealership didn't include a disclosure of a leaky seal in the online listing even though they were disclosing it in the te...rms of the sale. It was only brought to my attention on the day I was planning on driving out to see the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. Not Alex's fault at all, just something I thought the dealership should include in their listing so their sales people know about it when answering customer questions. Otherwise, great experience. Dave was a very nice and personable salesman. He wasn't over pushy and related well with us. After I purchased my car we found the speakers weren't working in front and he immediately scheduled that to get fixed. All went very well and we would recommend to others.
