We had a very good experience buying the avalanche. We brought the avalanche back because a tire pressure sensor light went on, they fixed it. The light went on again 10 miles from your dealership, so we are bringing it back a second time on Tuesday. We would like all four tires sensors replaced at ...that time. We would also like the dent removed that was promised upon purchase. We would also like the vehicle detailed, completely cleaned and washed, that was promised upon purchase. Show more

EvS was nice to work with because they didn???t play games. Other dealerships put on this show to make you feel pressured or like they are doing you this great favor. EvS didn???t do any of that. Start to finish on closing the deal was easy and stress free. The staff was friendly and our sales rep ...was great with communication and was honest and straight forward. Thank you Alex! There was a snag in our experience but EvS owned up to it and made it right immediately! Will return in the future because of their honesty and low pressure environment. Show more

Call that car was done but waited 15 minutes for paper work to get done. Should be ready at window ready to go.

Saw the vehicle on their website. Called to check availability, and immediately scheduled an appointment. Took it for a test drive, filled out the paperwork, and drove it home same day. Hassle free.

I came in for an oil change. 45 minutes later it was complete - that is OK. My bill was less than previous bills for the change. I asked the gentleman that took my car in if it had the correct oil. He said he saved me money. As I left I asked another gentleman if by reading the printout if they had... put the correct oil in my GMC Terrain. He said no, that I should have it drained and the correct oil put in. He indicated that the person changing the oil should have known, not that he had made a mistake. Very arrogant person. Show more

Alex did a great gob explaining the vehicle, only complaint the truck came with no truck mats. I did ask the question but when received the truck it only had one rear mat

I took my 2011 GMC Acadia in because the steering was making noise, to get the oil changed and do some recall work. I was disappointed to find out that the steering gear was leaking and needed replacing at a cost of $1390. Ernie Von Schledorn diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me a ride to and... from home while my car was being worked on. Show more
